Contemporary Embroidery Art

Combine sewing materials and waste fabrics to create a series of art pieces.
Through these series, I try to imitate the mental feeling when we are stitching.
Stitching gives us calm and peace. While stitching, any strong colors in our mind will become lighter. On the other hand, stitching is like a rhythm; the needdle goes up and down continuously, like waves or ripples on water, so my work is made to be like water; peacefully flowing.
縫紉創作藝術作品
作品混合布料與縫紉用具，試圖模擬、創造在縫紉時，心靈的形狀與顏色。
手裡的針線，規律的穿梭在水平上、水平下，
溫柔的旋律如同漣漪，由中心漸漸擴大成一池清澈的泉水，濮簌簌的流動著。
我們總是在縫紉中，找到規律的呼吸律動，找到心中的溫暖平靜。
這溫暖如同在大自然的懷抱中，
萬物沒有了高低分別，用和諧的波長協奏著。
我使用舊衣物、廢布料及廢窗簾紗布作為主要材料，
以製做出有溫度，且不過於刺眼的色調。
將其一一裁切混合，最後用紗布包裹塑型。
不同顏色的布料，代表著組成大自然的各種元素，
在紗布的包裹下，各種顏色巧妙地成為了一個色系，
就如同大自然中的水，接納包容一切，並平穩地繼續流動著。
